Chris Claborne, N1CLC, operates ham radio mostly from mountaintops, and is the W6 (California) SOTA Association manager. Years ago, he was an Army Medic and a certified EMT, and as a private pilot, was steeped in the “safety culture” of aviation. N1CLC’s BLOG (HamNinja.com) and his YouTube channel cover SOTA, and other Ham Radio interests. Chris also built and manages the W6 Association web site W6SOTA.org to support Califirnia SOTA operators and the SOTA community.
